The Firm has a great deal of experience representing passengers and crew members involved in railroad injuries and death cases. For example, the Firm was Lead-counsel in the Amtrak Sunset Limited Train Crash Disaster Litigation where 147 persons were injured and/or killed when the Amtrak Sunset Limited Passenger Train plunged into Bayou Canot near Mobile, Alabama on September 22, 1993.

In addition, the Firm has handled numerous railroad crossing accident cases and Federal Employee Liability Act cases (for railroad employees who were injured on-the-job).
