Born and raised in Mobile County, Mr. Comer attended the University of Alabama where he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in 2002. While an undergraduate, Mr. Comer received numerous honors and awards, including induction into Phi Beta Kappa and the JASONS Honor Society. After college, Mr. Comer earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he competed on the University of Alabama Trial Advocacy Team and was awarded the George Peach Taylor Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
Mr. Comer's practice areas include medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, complex litigation, automobile accidents and eighteen-wheeler trucking accidents.
Affiliations
Mr. Comer is licensed in Alabama and Florida and is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in Alabama. Additionally, Mr. Comer is a member of the Mobile Chapter of the Inns of Court, the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and serves as the President of the Mobile Young Lawyers Association.
