$1 Million Verdict for Man in Truck Collision

Simoneau v. United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) | Mobile County, Alabama | Case No. CV-2012-901209.00

Cunningham Bounds attorneys achieved a $1 million verdict for damages incurred during a collision with a United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery truck.  The driver of the delivery truck did not follow basic safety rules, violated the right-of-way, and caused a collision that permanently injured the driver of the other vehicle. The UPS driver admitted fault, but the company was not willing to accept responsibility.
