We welcome the opportunity to discuss the potential referral of a case or to discuss joining you as co-counsel in the handling of a case. Attorneys throughout the state of Alabama and from around the country have been referring their clients to the lawyers at Cunningham Bounds, LLC for over 50 years. We appreciate the confidence other lawyers have shown in us over the years by referring clients to us or engaging our assistance in the handling of cases.

With referral cases, our goal is to meet the needs and facilitate the efforts of referring attorneys and their clients.  We work with our referring attorneys to establish the level of involvement they prefer to have in a case.  Some referring attorneys prefer a very hands-on level of participation. Others want to be present and involved only at a few critical points in the process. Still others may want no involvement at all once the fee-sharing agreement is executed. The extent to which you participate is entirely up to you. We are open to most any arrangement and will be happy to accommodate your desired level of involvement.

We represent people who have been harmed by the actions of others. Our clients include catastrophically injured people, the families of those who have been killed, individuals, companies and public entities hurt financially by unfair business practices, and entire classes of people harmed by defective products or fraudulent practices.

Our firm has the experience and resources to take cases to trial while also having our own appellate practice so that we can stay involved in a matter throughout the appeals process. In addition, we also have experience obtaining significant settlements for our clients. Our firm employs a full-time investigative team that includes former law enforcement officers as well as a support staff of over 30 people to assist in handling cases.
