Defective Consumer Products

Manufacturers are bound by law to only market safe products.  Yet, hundreds of consumer products are recalled each year in the United States. When you purchase a toy, household item, an automobile, a watercraft, a prescription drug or any other consumer product, even a dog leash, you have a right to enjoy that product safely.  When you or a family member is injured because a consumer product is defective, you also have a right to see that the manufacturer is held legally accountable. In addition to looking out for your own interests, you will be keeping others safe from having the same harm inflicted on them.

Part of the challenge in a product case is that the manufacturers of defective products are frequently large corporations with deep pockets. Working with a law firm who has the resources and experience to fight on your behalf is extremely important.

Our product liability lawyers are highly experienced in handling wrongful death and injury cases involving defective consumer products.  Talk to us if you have been injured. We will work tirelessly to see that you are compensated for your injuries, and that what you have suffered does not happen to anyone else.
