In Mohabbat v. Singh, [Ms. 1110503, Apr. 6, 2012] __ So. 3d __(Ala. 2012), the Supreme Court of Alabama held that a trial court does not have authority to reduce the amount of the supersedeas bond required by Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure 8(a)(1).
