Litigation Paralegal
Cunningham Bounds seeks organized and proactive paralegals who are detail-oriented, can focus in a fast-paced environment, have the compassion to demonstrate empathy to our clients, and the willingness to work overtime hours, as necessary. We prefer those who have litigation experience such as trial preparation and trial work, research skills, and technical skills, and can bring creativity and analytical skills to a case.
Matter Intake Assistant
We seek customer service-oriented professionals who have a desire to speak with callers seeking help with their legal needs to join our intake team. The successful candidate must be able to bring their best disposition to every call, work well in a professional team-oriented environment, navigate a database, be organized, well-spoken, and make decisions based on established criteria. Experience working in a law firm is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Speak with potential clients on a regular basis
- Demonstrate compassion and concern while recording accurate information needed for matter review
- Interact with attorneys and staff
- Correspond with third parties

Office Assistant
The office assistant will take client calls, document information, handle filing, and calendar management. This position provides customer service and call reception, administrative, clerical, and office support with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and enthusiasm. The successful candidate is team and goal oriented, resourceful, proactive, efficient, available during regular work hours and able to work overtime if necessary.
