Cunningham Bounds Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit Volunteer Lawyers Program

In celebration of National Law Week 2012, the attorneys of Cunningham Bounds hosted a reception to benefit the South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program (VLP). One-hundred percent of all proceeds raised benefited VLP, which provides free legal representation to low-income clients in South Alabama.

The Law Week celebration also included a complimentary screening of “To Kill A Mockingbird.” The classic film, written by Alabama native Harper Lee, is recognized as the “No. 1 courtroom drama” of all time. The event was open to the public.

Cunningham Bounds also sponsors the South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program, an organization that provides pro bono legal support to low-income families in South Alabama counties.
