Keith Harvey obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama where he also received an award for Scholastic Excellence in Criminal Justice. He served as a police officer for more than twenty years and received numerous awards while in law enforcement. As a police officer, Mr. Harvey was assigned to the Patrol Division, the Traffic/Motor Unit, Traffic Accident Investigation Detail, Traffic Homicide Investigations, and DUI Enforcement Detail. In addition, he received hundreds of hours of training in Interviewing and Interrogating, Standardized D.U.I. Field Sobriety Testing, At Scene Traffic Accident Investigation, Traffic Homicide Investigation, and Traffic Accident Reconstruction. He was also a certified instructor in Accident Investigation, Report Writing, and Traffic Direction and Control.
