The attorneys of Cunningham Bounds are pleased to announce Joseph F. McGowin has joined the firm as an Associate.
Mr. McGowin graduated from the University of Virginia and earned his Juris Doctor from the Alabama School of Law. He began his career in his hometown of Mobile, Alabama representing clients who were victims of the negligence and wrongdoing of others. Mr. McGowin’s early law practice primarily involved medical malpractice cases. He moved to Texas in 2019 where he continued to represent personal injury clients. While in Texas, hehandled cases throughout the nation representing trucking crash victims, oilfield workers, inshore and offshore maritime workers, and clients injured in commercial and industrial accidents.
Mr. McGowin recently returned to Mobile and joined the law firm of Cunningham Bounds. His practice focuses on personal injury, medical negligence, products liability, maritime law and wrongful death cases.
