Court orders remand of case removed upon Walmart’s contention that its general manager of its import distribution center was fraudulently joined such that his identity should be disregarded for purposes of establishing diversity jurisdiction. District Court concludes that plaintiff’s complaint states potentially viable claims against the manager when properly evaluated under Alabama’s state-court pleading standard. Accordingly, plaintiff’s motion to remand is granted).
