All Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC, et al. v. Hill, [Ms. 1121299]. On December 11, 2015, the Supreme Court of Alabama affirmed
without an opinion the April 2013 judgment on a jury verdict awarding
Christopher Brock Hill, represented by Cunningham Bounds, $1.7 million
in compensatory and punitive damages in a case involving negligence and
wantonness in the use and maintenance of construction equipment. Mr. Hill’s
leg was severely broken when a boom manlift partially collapsed under
him, dropping him 20 feet.
