Brian is a partner with the law firm of Cunningham Bounds. During the course of his career, he has recovered tens-of-millions for his clients in a wide-range of cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, industrial accidents, defective products, trucking accidents, medical negligence and other cases of serious wrongdoing. Brian has developed a particular expertise in medical negligence cases representing clients who have suffered from the most egregious medical errors resulting in catastrophic injuries or death.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
