At Cunningham Bounds, we are committed to continuously strengthening our legal team with attorneys who bring exceptional skill, competitive drive, and a genuine passion for fighting on behalf of people who have been seriously harmed by the negligence of others. That’s why we are so proud to welcome Kaylee Chapel Rose to our firm. She is a talented trial attorney whose credentials, experience, and approach to the law make her a formidable advocate for clients navigating the most difficult circumstances of their lives.
A Well-Rounded Trial Attorney with a Strategic Edge
Kaylee focuses her practice on complex, high-stakes claims involving defective products, medical negligence, nursing home abuse, and catastrophic injuries. Before joining us, she spent the first four years of her career at a preeminent corporate defense firm, where she represented clients nationwide in both state and federal court. That foundation on the defense side is a genuine asset to us because she understands how corporations assess risk, how insurers approach claims, and how defendants plan their defense.
Her academic record reflects the same level of excellence she brings to the courtroom. Kaylee earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and as Chief Justice of the Henry Upson Moot Court Board. She competed on the ABA National Moot Court Team, where her team won a regional championship and advanced to the national quarterfinals. She also earned CALI Awards in Torts, Professional Responsibility, Constitutional Law, and American Law Practice and Procedure. Before law school, she earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama.
Kaylee is admitted to practice in Alabama and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. To learn more about her background and accomplishments, visit her biography page.
Built to Handle What Others Won't
What makes Kaylee Rose an exceptional attorney is not just the depth of her credentials; it is the way she approaches the work itself. She is known for thorough case development, sharp legal analysis, and a focused ability to identify and capitalize on the issues that shape outcomes. Those qualities matter enormously in the types of cases she handles at Cunningham Bounds, where the facts are often complicated, the defendants are well-resourced, and the stakes for clients are extraordinarily high.
A Reflection of Our Standards
The addition of Kaylee Chapel Rose reflects what we have always believed at Cunningham Bounds: that the best way to serve our clients is to maintain a team of attorneys who hold themselves to the highest possible standard. We have spent decades earning a reputation as the firm people turn to when the stakes are high and the fight is real. Every attorney who joins us is chosen because they share that commitment.
We are proud to have Kaylee on our team, and even more proud of what her arrival means for every client who will have the opportunity to work alongside her.
